Flex Assistant Stylist - SPV - NorthPark Center

Job Description

The FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program, will partner with on-set crews and Project Coordinators toprepsamples for video shoots. Samples will be received from our photo studios, fulfillment centers, and from thesalesflooras Store Inventory Pulls. The Flex Assistant Stylist will own the receiving and preparation of allproductin coordination with weekly shoot schedules and product volume. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may be required.

Travel between store locations may be required.

• Detailed preparation of samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, removingtags& censors.
  
  Ensure all product is prepped in time for the assigned filming shift.
  
  Steaming skills required
• Maintainaccuratelabeling of product at receipt, during shoot, and upon return of product
• Maintain a clean and organized prep areain accordance with program and store guidelines
• Communicate product discrepancies and damageimmediatelyto Project Coordinators and regional Producer
• Procure items from the salesfloor as necessary, adhering to store guidelines for dress and customer interaction
• Partner with storelogisticsteams as needed to ensure inventory is checked out while filming
• Maintain understanding of video sample process and corresponding tools
• Communicate with program teams via Teams

• Drives Results: Persists in accomplishingobjectives, even under tough circumstances. Hasa track recordof successfully achieving priorities.

• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerceassistingexperience
• Skilled in building andmaintainingpositive working relationships
• Strong attention to detail,organization and time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and high ethical standards
• Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible, and able to respondimmediatelyto business changes and priorities.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$18.50 - $28.00 Hourly
