Store Manager - Highland Park

Summary

The Store Manager leads the Highland Park boutique to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets. This role is responsible for developing and executing store strategy, coaching and motivating the team, and ensuring operational excellence. The manager will drive client development, oversee CRM and events, and maintain visual and merchandising standards in a luxury retail environment.

• Maintain a strong front-of-house presence and promote a couture service mindset to attract and retain clients.
• Drive sales performance and monitor store KPIs, creating action plans and annual/quarterly strategies to meet targets.
• Recruit, coach, motivate and manage the boutique team; set SMART goals, oversee staffing and handle conflict management.
• Implement clienteling and CRM activities, manage the client database, and coordinate events and local partnerships to grow loyalty.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, cash procedures, audits and end-of-season transfers.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation reflect brand standards and support sales.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
• Luxury department store management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and developing teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze KPIs and propose actionable plans.
• Experience in clienteling, CRM and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with store sales and operations systems.
