We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Merchandise Buyer, to lead our growing Home & Gift category across retail and e-commerce. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept and vendor sourcing through launch—and shape an emerging, high-visibility category with strategic importance to the business.

• Build and manage product assortments that align with brand strategy and deliver sales, margin, and profit goals.
• Lead vendor negotiations, cost management, and inventory flow.
• Use sales trends, customer insights, and market data to guide assortment strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, Allocation, Visual, and Retail Operations.
• Oversee category timelines, sample management, product setup, and launch readiness.
• Ensure consistent merchandising execution across retail and ecommerce.
• Produce reporting, recaps, and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop one direct report.

• 10+ years in merchandising, sourcing, vendor management, planning, or related roles.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial planning skills.
• Experience driving business results in an omnichannel environment.
• Home, Gift, or lifestyle category background preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
