Gas Station Channel Development Manager

• We are a fast-growing distribution company currently operating in the vape and convenience snack industry, with active expansion into the Texas gas station channel.
• We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to help us grow our presence within the gas station and convenience store market across Texas.

• We are looking for a Gas Station Channel Development Manager with hands-on experience working with gas stations and convenience stores. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Texas gas station market, has experience building and managing accounts, and can help drive long-term channel growth.
• The ideal candidate should be familiar with how gas stations operate, how purchasing decisions are made, and how to build strong business relationships within the industry.

• Visit chain and independent gas stations across the Dallas or Houston market
• Develop, build, and manage customer accounts
• Promote and introduce company brands and products into gas station channels
• Maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Collect and report market insights, competitor activity, and product feedback
• Support promotional activities and product launches in the field

• Direct or related experience in the gas station or convenience store industry is required

Relevant experience may include:

• Working at a gas station or convenience store
• Supplying or distributing products to gas stations
• Managing or servicing gas station accounts
• Sales experience within the C-store channel
• Strong understanding of gas station operations and purchasing behavior
• Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Existing gas station industry connections or local network preferred
