Pretty Simple is looking for a fun, outgoing, hardworking Cash & Carry Showroom Associate to join our team at the Dallas Market Center! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role working directly with boutique owners and buyers who shop our new Cash and Carry showroom! You’ll help customers discover products, build orders, and offer a great experience rooted in sisterhood and reflective of our brand, while keeping the showroom stocked, organized, and looking its best.

If you love fashion, accessories, sales, and people, and you’re someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in, we’d love for you to apply! We are looking for someone who can staff the showroom at all of the markets with the first one coming up October 20-23rd.

As a Cash & Carry Showroom Associate, you’ll be an important part of the Pretty Simple experience at the Dallas Market Center. You’ll work directly with our Dallas Permanent Showroom Account Manager, boutique owners, buyers, and retail customers who are shopping our immediately available products.

This is a hands-on role that combines sales, customer service, brand representation, merchandising, inventory, and showroom support. Market days can be busy and fast-paced, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable staying active, helping wherever needed, and creating a fun and welcoming experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome and assist boutique owners, buyers, and customers as they shop the showroom
• Build relationships with customers and create a fun, welcoming shopping experience
• Learn the Pretty Simple product line and confidently answer product questions
• Help customers find products, colors, styles, and bestsellers
• Make product recommendations based on what customers are looking for
• Help retailers build their orders and discover new products
• Assist with cash-and-carry sales, transactions, and order processing
• Help identify opportunities to increase sales, expand permanent showroom recognition and introduce customers to additional products and our showroom account manager.
  * Communicate with the Sales Lead and Dallas Account Manager regularly about market days, goals, sales, needs and more

Showroom & Merchandising

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Restock products throughout the day
• Help merchandise new arrivals, bestsellers, and key product collections
• Assist with displays, signage, product organization, and visual presentation as needed
• Help prepare the showroom before market if needed
• Make sure products are easy for customers to shop and find
• Communicate inventory needs and product issues to the Dallas Showroom Account Manager
• Assist with packing, moving, and organizing product when needed
• Jump in and support the team wherever needed during busy market days

Market days are energetic, busy, and sometimes unpredictable, and that's part of the fun! You may be helping a boutique owner choose products one minute and restocking shelves or rearranging a display the next.

We need someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, stays positive when things get busy, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
