Luxury Retail Support Associate; Front of House

A globally recognized name in luxury fashion is looking for a Retail Support Associate to join their team at the North Park Center boutique in Dallas, ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the sales floor of an iconic brand, delivering the kind of warm, elevated client experience that luxury retail is known for.

Pay: $20/hour

Start: ASAP

Contract: Ongoing, with potential for conversion to a permanent role

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, polish, and genuine enthusiasm
• Support the sales team with day-to-day activities across the boutique
• Assist with stock organization and replenishment as needed
• Contribute to a seamless, memorable experience for every client who walks through the door
• Collaborate closely with the team to help the store hit its goals
• Represent the brand with polished, professional presentation at all times

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality (hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and similar backgrounds are all welcome)
• The "gift of gab" — you love striking up conversation and building genuine rapport
• Strong communication and people skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and eagerness to grow
