Support Associate - Contemporary - Northpark

The Support Associate supports merchandise organization and daily administrative tasks to maintain operational excellence and an elevated store environment. The role helps improve the associate and client experience through merchandise handling, order follow-up, and department support.

• Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating updates to client advisors.
• Support special events, Made to Measure events, and trunk shows; process and reconcile invoices and client orders.
• Receive and check in merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization.
• Place merchandise according to direction and department standards, and adjust placements as business priorities change.
• Process damages, reticketing, out-of-stocks, returns to vendor, markdowns, and product moves.
• Maintain daily reports and SPIFF entries, check receipts, and support department and stockroom controls.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to shift focus as business needs change.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing tasks, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
