- Rewrap meat packages as needed to maintain freshness and presentation standards
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in full compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
- Keep the pork rind rack clean and organized while ensuring meat displays remain presentable
- Store cleaning supplies properly and assist with advertising department products
- Begin shifts promptly at 5:00 am to support early operations
