Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication, email, and phone.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively reach out to potential customers.
- Effectively manage leads and prospects through the sales funnel.
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers and answer all their questions.
- Attend trade shows and conferences as required.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate with independent sales representatives and conduct training for the sales reps and customers.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in inside sales in the aesthetics or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Self‑starter and highly motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
