The Dental Territory Representative at OMS

What You’ll Do- Be the face of OMS
360 in your market, building genuine, long-term relationships with dentists, office managers, and clinical teams - Own referral growth across your territory through consistent, in-person engagement
- Execute a disciplined visit cadence that drives awareness, trust, and referrals
- Position OMS
360 as the preferred oral surgery referral partner through education and service excellence - Activate new referring offices while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships
- Identify referral gaps and opportunities and take decisive action to drive growth
- Support and coordinate CE programs, lunch-and-learns, and in-office education
- Confidently communicate OMS
360’s clinical capabilities, service standards, and referral processes - Stay attuned to local market dynamics, referral patterns, and competitor activity
- Use data and tools to prioritize accounts and maximize territory performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in required systems
- Represent OMS
360 professionally at community events and industry functions
- Referral volume and active referring offices are consistently growing
- Referring practices view you as a trusted, go-to partner
- Your territory runs with structure, consistency, and momentum

- You love being in the field and building relationships face-to-face

- You communicate confidently with both clinical and business audiences
- You enjoy frequent local travel and being embedded in your market
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical sales, referral development, or practice relations
- A proven ability to build strong relationships and grow accounts over time
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
