The Dental Territory Representative at OMS

What You’ll Do
  • Be the face of OMS
    360 in your market, building genuine, long-term relationships with dentists, office managers, and clinical teams
  • Own referral growth across your territory through consistent, in-person engagement
  • Execute a disciplined visit cadence that drives awareness, trust, and referrals
  • Position OMS
    360 as the preferred oral surgery referral partner through education and service excellence
  • Activate new referring offices while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships
  • Identify referral gaps and opportunities and take decisive action to drive growth
  • Support and coordinate CE programs, lunch-and-learns, and in-office education
  • Confidently communicate OMS
    360’s clinical capabilities, service standards, and referral processes
  • Stay attuned to local market dynamics, referral patterns, and competitor activity
  • Use data and tools to prioritize accounts and maximize territory performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in required systems
  • Represent OMS
    360 professionally at community events and industry functions

What You Bring
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical sales, referral development, or practice relations
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships and grow accounts over time
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
