Cryptocurrency Sales Specialist
Reporting to:
Head of Instacoins USA
Main purpose of this role:
To source prospects from contact, through onboarding and turn them into repetitive Instacoins US customers.
We are seeking a highly ambitious, proactive and natural-born sales professional to help us roll out the Instacoins brand to a new client base, generate revenue through new business and ultimately help our clients succeed. As our Cryptocurrency Sales Specialist, you will source fresh business opportunities through your personal network and other sales strategies, oversee a small portfolio of assigned key clients and develop new business.
In particular, we are looking for the right individual who has experience in any of the following areas:

Crypto currencies are growing in popularity and are used across a large universe of investors, businesses and high net worth individuals as a means for transferring value in a lightning-fast network. Instacoins USA offers the means to transact in an easy, yet safe environment. Clients have the option to execute themselves via our Instacoins Pro model, as a BaaS model in selling goods, or utilizing our white glove service.
Transactions are very simple, straight forward with near-instantaneous settlement. All transactions are settled against our own portfolio so there is no slippage or counterpart data leakage.
We ideally are looking for candidates based in the Metroplex or Texaplex in Texas.
This is a commission-based Independent Contractor position.
Priorities- Utilizing Over the Counter market protocols to engage clients and prospects to buy or sell crypto holdings against our internal portfolio.
- Drive client & volume growth for the product suite across select American geographic regions.
- Build up your network and pursue client leads. You’ll work closely with our marketing and prospect collection and outreach teams, along with your own sales initiatives to deliver bespoke solutions that can best serve our clients.
- Be a crypto advocate in promoting our products, solutions, and company’s values to new and existing clients.
- Partner with your peers and colleagues to help drive product development, prioritization and strategy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships in a highly organized manner to call on existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Work with our marketing group to produce social media content
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Utilize groups presentations, webinars and social media in coordination with the marketing group
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with weekly and monthly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- The ability to travel and meet clients face to face Travel requirements may vary, depending on the necessities revolved around any specific clients;
Access to the use of a car is desirable
- College degree: BA, BS Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent interpersonal, selling, negotiation, and telephone communication skills.
- A real interest and enthusiasm in the cryptocurrency environment (experience preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with ease of client contact and a strong drive to close the deal.
