We’re expanding rapidly into the U.S. market and are looking for someone innovative who can open doors, create urgency, and close.

The RoleThis is a foundational, “move-the-needle” sales role. You’ll own pipeline creation and revenue in the U.S., end-to-end. You won’t inherit a fat inbound funnel—you’ll build a repeatable motion, land early customers, and help us scale what works. As we grow, this role can evolve into a player‑coach leadership position with the opportunity to build a team.
What You’ll Do- Own new business revenue in the U.S. from prospecting → discovery → proposal → close.
- Build a qualified pipeline fast through targeted outbound, partnerships, and smart account selection.
- Lead sharp discovery and position AI agents in terms of measurable business outcomes (cost-to-serve reduction, conversion, containment/deflection, speed, quality, CSAT).
- Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying groups (Ops, CX, IT, Security, Compliance, Finance, Exec).
- Handle security/compliance conversations credibly (data handling, risk, controls) and bring internal experts in at the right moments.
- Partner closely with product and delivery to shape offers, pricing, packaging, and repeatable “land → expand” plays.
- Help tighten positioning and messaging across industries while building proof points and case studies.
- First 30–60 days: clear ICP hypotheses, target account list, consistent outbound motion, active opportunities.
- First 90 days: multiple qualified late‑stage opportunities and early pilots/POCs progressing toward close.
- 6–12 months: repeatable pipeline engine, early customer wins, expansion paths, and the foundations of a strong, sustainable scalable US sales motion.
We’re optimizing for performance and speed: lower base + very healthy, uncapped commission with upside for over‑performance (accelerators). The right person should see a direct line between their wins and their take‑home.

- 7+ years selling B2B SaaS (mid‑market/enterprise), ideally in complex or emerging tech (AI, automation, data, workflow).
- Proven ability to self‑source pipeline and close deals (not just “manage opportunities”).
- Strong executive presence and the ability to run multi‑threaded sales cycles.
- Bonus: experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services) or security‑heavy environments.
