Our client builds production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows that automate high-volume customer and employee interactions—across voice, chat, web, and operational workflows. We’re expanding rapidly into the U.S. market and are looking for someone innovative who can open doors, create urgency, and close.

The Role

This is a foundational, “move-the-needle” sales role. You’ll own pipeline creation and revenue in the U.S., end-to-end. You won’t inherit a fat inbound funnel—you’ll build a repeatable motion, land early customers, and help us scale what works. As we grow, this role can evolve into a player‑coach leadership position with the opportunity to build a team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own new business revenue in the U.S. from prospecting → discovery → proposal → close.
  • Build a qualified pipeline fast through targeted outbound, partnerships, and smart account selection.
  • Lead sharp discovery and position AI agents in terms of measurable business outcomes (cost-to-serve reduction, conversion, containment/deflection, speed, quality, CSAT).
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying groups (Ops, CX, IT, Security, Compliance, Finance, Exec).
  • Handle security/compliance conversations credibly (data handling, risk, controls) and bring internal experts in at the right moments.
  • Partner closely with product and delivery to shape offers, pricing, packaging, and repeatable “land → expand” plays.
  • Help tighten positioning and messaging across industries while building proof points and case studies.
What Success Looks Like
  • First 30–60 days: clear ICP hypotheses, target account list, consistent outbound motion, active opportunities.
  • First 90 days: multiple qualified late‑stage opportunities and early pilots/POCs progressing toward close.
  • 6–12 months: repeatable pipeline engine, early customer wins, expansion paths, and the foundations of a strong, sustainable scalable US sales motion.
Compensation (Commission-Heavy)

We’re optimizing for performance and speed: lower base + very healthy, uncapped commission with upside for over‑performance (accelerators). The right person should see a direct line between their wins and their take‑home.

Qualifications Who You Are
  • You’re a hunter with a builder mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, accountable for outcomes, and allergic to busywork.
  • You can explain technical products simply and sell to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • You’re fast to ramp, decisive, and you know how to create momentum in deals.
  • You bring strong judgment on when to push, when to qualify out, and how to run a tight sales process.
Requirements
  • 7+ years selling B2B SaaS (mid‑market/enterprise), ideally in complex or emerging tech (AI, automation, data, workflow).
  • Proven ability to self‑source pipeline and close deals (not just “manage opportunities”).
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to run multi‑threaded sales cycles.
  • Bonus: experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services) or security‑heavy environments.
