We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing company. We offer fast commissions (weekly), we are already offering the highest commission rate in DFW, and we offer fast upward mobility.

About the Role

As a Sales Repair Consultant with Liberty Hail Inc, you’ll learn and master direct sales techniques in an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. and generate sales on your own in the field, at company-sponsored events, and through inside sales funnels. At Liberty, consultants will work to build their book of business through outside sales funnels, and they will have weekly opportunities to accrue sales at company-sponsored events.

You will pave your way through our rewarding promotion structure, build teams, and earn bonuses based on their success. This role has upward mobility, with strong income potential.

What We’re Looking For
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in field sales (D2D), event sales, and telesales.
  • High energy, competitive nature, and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to customer service.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in sales management and leadership
Compensation and Benefits
  • Earning Potential: $100k+ expected in your first year, with no earnings cap.
  • Commission: 20% commission rate per sale ($800-$1500+)
  • Bonuses: Generous performance bonuses and additional incentives.

  • Base Pay: Upon promotion/special consideration
