Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, in‑office independent Contractor role based in Dallas
. The role focuses on mineral and royalty acquisitions through direct communication with mineral owners.
The position is heavily phone‑based and requires someone comfortable making a high volume of calls, building rapport quickly, and communicating clearly and professionally. Prior experience in minerals or oil & gas is helpful but not required
. We are primarily looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and strong with people.
This role starts as an independent contractor and offers the opportunity to convert to a full‑time W‑2 employee with benefits based on performance.
Compensation:
- Day rate & commission on closed acquisitions
- Performance‑based path to full‑time employment with benefits
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to mineral and royalty owners
- Communicate offers clearly and professionally
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with owners
- Follow up consistently and manage active opportunities
- Coordinate with internal team members throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate records and notes in company systems
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable making a large number of outbound calls daily
- Professional, confident, and personable on the phone

- Exposure to oil & gas, minerals, or land concepts
- Familiarity with CRM or deal‑tracking software
