pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities
  • Local Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue targets for residential and commercial restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage solutions.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial clients (e.g., property managers, facility directors) and residential clients (e.g., homeowners, insurance adjusters).
    • Educate clients on Kustom’s restoration services, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Partnership with Operations
    • Collaborate closely with local operations teams to align sales efforts with project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of restoration services and client satisfaction.
    • Partner with operations to identify local growth opportunities, streamline project handoffs, and enhance service offerings based on market demands.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Kustom’s value proposition.
    • Negotiate and close contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Industry Engagement & Networking
    • Represent Kustom at local industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the restoration sector.
    • Build a strong local network of industry contacts, including insurance professionals, property management firms, and community stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
    • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities for residential and commercial restoration services.
    • Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on untapped market potential.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership, aligning with company goals and offering actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries, with a focus on local market growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships at the local level.
  • Experience collaborating with operations teams to support service delivery and growth initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
