About the Role

We’re hiring our next class of Business Development Representatives to join our high-performance team in Dallas. This is your launchpad to a 6-figure career in sales. You’ll learn the ropes from industry experts, master your craft, and build a book of business that pays you again and again.

What You’ll Do
  • Own your territory, reach out to small and mid-sized business owners and HR leaders.
  • Build your pipeline from scratch: cold calls, warm referrals, networking, whatever it takes.
  • Guide clients through the benefits buying process: quoting, presenting, onboarding, renewing.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities in payroll, tax, and workers’ comp.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients by deeply understanding their goals and pain points.
  • Partner with seasoned brokers and account managers to support your book of business.
  • Stay sharp, keep up with industry trends, compliance updates, and carrier options.
  • Track your activity and pipeline using our sales tech stack (CRM, quoting tools, etc.).
