Role & Responsibilities – Digital Manufacturing & Digital Product Services- Responsible for delivering sales revenue from Digital Manufacturing and Digital Product Services offerings to clients and prospects within the assigned region.
- Must be capable of regional and national travel to support target account sales and client engagements.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with high levels of self‑motivation, focus, and passion for consultative selling and customer success.
- Passionate about building long‑term customer relationships with a proven ability to hunt, prosecute, and close new business opportunities.
- Achieves and exceeds revenue quota targets by winning new contracts through prospecting, solution selling, and new customer acquisition.
- Identifies and qualifies digital transformation and engineering‑led opportunities, applying a consultative, value‑driven sales approach.
- Maintains ongoing relationships with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how LTTS Digital Manufacturing and Product Engineering capabilities can address business challenges.
- 8–18 years of total professional experience, with at least 6 years of relevant domain experience.
- Strong experience in Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory, Product Engineering, or Industrial Digital Transformation domains.
- Extensive experience selling services and solutions (not product sales)—preferably digital, or technology services.
- Must have worked in a similar sales / business development role for at least 5+ years.
- Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with flexibility in sales strategy and execution.
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills with a proven track record of ownership, data‑driven decision‑making, and influencing outcomes.
- Experience working in a high‑growth technology or engineering services organization, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience selling Digital Manufacturing Services and/or Digital Product Services.
- Strong expertise in selling engineering‑led solutions and digital transformation programs.
- Experience winning large, complex transformation or engineering services engagements.
- Exposure to Digital Manufacturing technologies, such as:
- Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing
- IIoT, Digital Twin
- PLM, MES, ERP integration
- Data Analytics, AI/ML (manufacturing or product context)
- Experience working with onsite‑offshore and global delivery models is a strong plus.
