Business Development Officer - Property Management Contracts

We are a growing DFW-based residential property management company focused on acquiring property management contracts from individual owners and small portfolios
.

We are hiring a Business Development Officer (BDO) to source and close new property management relationships. This role is pure business development — no operations, no admin, no property management duties.

This is an eat-what-you-kill, commission-only role designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to build relationships and close.

• Prospecting residential property owners (SFR & small portfolios)
• Identifying owners who are self-managing or dissatisfied with current PMs
• Educating owners on our property management offering
• Setting and conducting intro calls/meetings
• Closing property management agreements
• Building a long-term book of relationships

• Managing properties or tenants
• Handling maintenance or accounting
• Cold leasing or showing units
• Dealing with day-to-day PM operations

This is a sales role
, not an operations role.

• Commission only
• Paid per door onboarded
• Ongoing / residual commission structure available
