Field Marketing agent plays a crucial role in field outreach and engagement for local lead generation. This role involves engaging with people through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads, provide information about window replacement options and secure appointments for consultations.
Key Responsibilities- Door-to-Door Canvassing:
Conduct face-to-face outreach by knocking on doors in residential areas to identify potential customers interested in window replacement services. - Lead Generation:
Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and referrals to build a pipeline of potential customers. - Product Knowledge:
Acquire in dept knowledge of Pella’s window replacement products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers. - Consultative Selling:
Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information to encourage them to consider window replacement. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary information is collected for the sales team. - Script Memorization:
Memorize scripts and learn about our product lines so that you can confidently answer questions and rebuttal excuses.

Proven experience in sales, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to schedule appointments effectively. - Customer Focused:
Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing excellent customer service throughout. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent Verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate our message clearly and persuasively. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Comfortable approaching homes and engaging with a diverse range of individuals in various settings. - Resilience:
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Resilience is crucial for this role. - Time Management:
Efficiently manage time to meet daily lead generation goals. - Ethical Conduct:
Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in representing the company and its goals. - Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
