Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (HQ-based with travel)
We are a fast-growing startup manufacturing and distributing nicotine pouch products and are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to help accelerate growth and expand our customer base.
This is a hands-on role with a 70% sales / 30% marketing focus
, ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines, being customer-facing, and contributing directly to go-to-market execution in an early-stage environment.
- Drive new business development and manage a growing pipeline of B2B customers
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, expos, and customer events
- Collaborate closely with C-level leadership at HQ on sales strategy, pricing, and market expansion
- Support marketing initiatives including trade marketing, product launches, promotions, and brand visibility
- Track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support growth decisions
- Help develop scalable sales and marketing processes as the business grows
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience in consumer products, regulated products, or B2B distribution strongly preferred
- Prior exposure to startup or high-growth environments is a plus
- Experience with tobacco, nicotine, or adjacent categories highly desirable
- Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and grow accounts
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and key customer meetings
- Self-starter mindset with strong communication and execution skills
