Job Description

The Construction Project Consultant is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, discussing budgets and timelines, and helping move qualified projects toward signed contracts.

This is a commission-only, performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

• Commission-only
• 2%–3% on company-provided leads
• 4%–6% on self-generated leads
• Commission paid after contract is signed and deposit is received
• No income cap

Average project size: $100,000 – $500,000+

• Generate new business through networking, realtor partnerships, investor outreach, and community engagement
• Respond to inbound leads provided by the company
• Qualify homeowners and investors based on scope, budget, and timeline
• Conduct site visits and initial consultations
• Present company process and realistic cost ranges
• Maintain organized follow-up through CRM
• Assist in moving qualified prospects to contract stage
• Represent Confer Developments professionally at all times

• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing, solar, or real estate sales preferred
• Comfortable discussing project budgets early in the sales process
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment

• This is not an entry-level sales role
• No base salary is provided
• Final pricing, estimating, and contracts are handled by Confer Developments
• All leads and client relationships remain property of the company
