Our client is expanding its presence across the Western United States and is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager who thrives on building territory, penetrating new accounts, and winning competitive, technically complex opportunities.
This is not an account maintenance role.
This is a growth role.
You will be responsible for expanding market share, creating new demand, and positioning the clients solutions early in customer test system design cycles.

When customers are building mission-critical test equipment, the clients solutions are a core part of their strategy.
What You Will OwnTerritory Expansion
- Develop and execute a structured territory growth plan
- Identify and win new logo accounts
- Displace competitive solutions through technical and commercial differentiation
- Position solutions early in the specification process
Technical Solution Selling
- Sell engineered, modular connectivity systems into complex environments
- Engage engineers, program managers, and executive decision-makers
- Coordinate with engineering and marketing to deliver tailored solutions
Field Leadership
- Travel approximately 50% across the Western region
- Conduct on-site customer visits, demos, and project reviews
- Represent the client at key industry events and trade shows
Pipeline & Forecast Discipline
- Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast rigor
- Drive margin discipline and opportunity velocity
- Continuously improve close rates and territory efficiency
- 10+ years of B2B industrial or technical sales experience
- Proven track record as a hunter with measurable new business growth
- Experience selling engineered products or systems
- Comfortable navigating complex, long sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and technical fluency
- Highly self-directed and performance-driven
