We are expanding rapidly and looking for "hunters" to help us get our gear into pro shops and retail floors across the country.
The Mission As a B2B Territory Sales Manager
, you are the face of the brand. You’ll be responsible for opening doors at green-grass pro shops, boutique golf retailers, and corporate partners. This is an exclusive, commission-only 1099 role designed for the self-starter who wants to run their territory like a CEO.
This is a part-time/set your own hours role. Want to pitch at the course before your round with your buddies? Go for it! Want to build that incredible side hustle on nights and weekend? That is fine with us. We trust that top talent like you knows how to manage your time, and recognize that you might already have a boring 9-5 that you have to attend to.
What’s In It For You?
Aggressive Commission: Earn on NEW and RETURNING account transactions
- New B2B Account Orders - 15% Commission
- Returning B2B Account Orders - 10% Commission
- All D2C Transactions - 10% Commission
- paid monthly upon customer payment, not inclusive of tax or shipping charges
The "First 120" Challenge:
- Hit $25k in revenue in your first 120 days and we’ll fly you out for a 100% company-paid year-end golf trip if the entire team hits our overall goal.

Wholesale Access:
- Buy your personal gear at wholesale rates while employed!
Annual Tournament:
- All Managers in good standing receive a sponsored invite to our annual tournament.

- No, you don’t have to leave your boring 9-5 and yes you can use this as an excuse to get your significant other to let you go to the course more often.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close new wholesale accounts in an open territory while nurturing your existing accounts
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, showcasing our quality on social media and at local industry events.
- Represent the brand, showing those around how to make golf fun again.
Who You Are
- "The People's Golfer" - You don't subscribe to the idea that you have to have the country club look to enjoy your time on the golf course.
- A Hustler By Nature - You have drive, determination, and know-how to make connections, set meetings, and close deals.
- Sales Background - Ideally you have worked in a hunter style sales role in the past, with proven success in such roles.
- Innovator - You find a way in, creating new open doors when one closes in front of you. You get creative, innovate in your world, and continue pressing forward.
- Relationship Builder - You know that you cannot survive only on net new accounts, so you give personal care to your accounts driving repeat orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.
