Now Hiring Credit Consultants to join our Dallas team! This is a long‑term and full‑time position. Daily duties include consulting with potential and existing customers and offering solutions to meet their needs. HIGH ENERGY SALES ATMOSPHERE. • Ability to handle 75+ inbound/outbound calls daily
• Must be able to work Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑6 pm schedule
• Consulting with potential customers about our services
• Generating sales from the leads provided daily
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Assisting colleagues as needed

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 2 years of previous experience in phone sales or one‑call close sales
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi‑task and build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meet and exceed sales goals
