Start Date: February 23

Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week

Requirements: Must be 21+, valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, strengthen, and elevate relationships with store teams and management
  • Support sales objectives through consistent account visits and executional support
  • Lead staff and management trainings on brand story, SKUs, liquid profiles, and usage occasions
  • Execute and maintain merchandising standards, including:
  • Shelf placement, facings, displays, and POS deployment
  • Auditing visuals, SKUs, pricing, and out-of-stocks
  • Conduct competitive shopping and retail audits
  • Execute off-premise sampling and consumer education focused on SKUs, product benefits, and usage occasions
  • One (1) sampling per assigned store
  • Sampling conducted Thursday–Sunday
  • Schedule store visits based on management availability, requiring a flexible weekly schedule
  • Support sell-through by converting consumer trial into purchase intent
  • Ensure all activations and assets are compliant, on-brand, and retailer-approved
  • Capture, organize, and submit field reporting and insights to support the sales team
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in adult beverage sales (alcohol, RTD/RTS, beer, wine, or spirits)
  • Working knowledge of off-premise retail account dynamics and store operations
  • Strong understanding of Dallas–Fort Worth market dynamics
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule across weekdays and weekends
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams and consumers
  • Experience with field reporting, audits, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently and managing in-market priorities
  • Passion for brand-building, consumer engagement, and sales-driven execution
  • Experience in THC-adjacent or regulated beverage categories a plus
