Start Date: February 23
Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week
Requirements: Must be 21+, valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle
Key Responsibilities- Build, strengthen, and elevate relationships with store teams and management
- Support sales objectives through consistent account visits and executional support
- Lead staff and management trainings on brand story, SKUs, liquid profiles, and usage occasions
- Execute and maintain merchandising standards, including:
- Shelf placement, facings, displays, and POS deployment
- Auditing visuals, SKUs, pricing, and out-of-stocks
- Conduct competitive shopping and retail audits
- Execute off-premise sampling and consumer education focused on SKUs, product benefits, and usage occasions
- One (1) sampling per assigned store
- Sampling conducted Thursday–Sunday
- Schedule store visits based on management availability, requiring a flexible weekly schedule
- Support sell-through by converting consumer trial into purchase intent
- Ensure all activations and assets are compliant, on-brand, and retailer-approved
- Capture, organize, and submit field reporting and insights to support the sales team
- 2+ years experience in adult beverage sales (alcohol, RTD/RTS, beer, wine, or spirits)
- Working knowledge of off-premise retail account dynamics and store operations
- Strong understanding of Dallas–Fort Worth market dynamics
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule across weekdays and weekends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams and consumers
- Experience with field reporting, audits, and follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently and managing in-market priorities
- Passion for brand-building, consumer engagement, and sales-driven execution
- Experience in THC-adjacent or regulated beverage categories a plus
