🚀 We’re building a best‑in‑class Cosmetics & Beauty vertical — and we’re hiring the person who will own it.

We’re a growing print and packaging manufacturing organization, targeting $10M+ in additional annual sales over the next two years

If you know how beauty brands buy, launch, and scale packaging programs — and you thrive in a role where you can build something (not just inherit a book) — we should talk.

What you’ll do
  • Own net‑new business development and expansion for Cosmetics & Beauty
  • Build relationships with beauty brands, brand managers, packaging engineers, and creative agencies
  • Lead opportunities from qualification through close (complex, brand‑sensitive work — not commodity transactions)
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and margin alignment
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast for your vertical
Revenue responsibility
  • Year 1 quota: ~$750K
  • Year 2 run‑rate target: ~$1.5M+
  • Measured by profitable, repeatable revenue
    , not one‑off wins.
Remote + travel
  • Remote (U.S.

    -based)
  • Travel ~30–40% for key accounts, agencies, launches, and industry events
Leadership Path

This role is designed to evolve:

Stage 1:
Account Executive – Cosmetics (IC)

You build the vertical, own revenue, and establish repeatable momentum.

Stage 2:
Lead – Cosmetics & Beauty

Earned when the vertical reaches a ~$1.5M+ run rate and the business justifies expanding the team. As Vertical Lead, you help drive vertical strategy and participate in hiring/mentoring additional AEs — while still carrying a personal number.

What we’re looking for

Required

  • 5–10+ years selling into Cosmetics / Beauty / Personal Care
  • Experience in custom packaging, print, labels, or agency-facing services
  • Proven ability to sell complex, multi‑SKU, brand‑sensitive programs
  • Comfortable working independently (remote) while building relationships in person

Strong plus

  • Existing network in beauty packaging, agencies, or contract manufacturers
  • Track record building a vertical or territory from scratch
Compensation
  • Competitive base + commission
  • Commission paid on invoiced revenue
