Position OverviewBroadcast Pix is seeking an enterprising, entry-level Sales Representative to support our growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is curious, coachable, and motivated to learn technical solutions. Successful candidates enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and following through.
You will work remotely from the Dallas–Fort Worth area and collaborate closely with experienced sales and technical team members while engaging customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Broadcast Pix solutions
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person customer visits
- Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
- Support trade shows, industry events, and on-site customer engagements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Learn and clearly communicate Broadcast Pix products, workflows, and value propositions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enterprising, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn
- Comfort speaking with customers across a variety of industries
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows
- Interest in audio-visual technology, live production, or broadcasting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (but not required)
- Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, customer success, hospitality, events, tech support, etc.)
- Familiarity with live production environments or AV systems
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Interest in consultative, technology-driven sales

On-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 annually once fully ramped
Base salary of $50,000
