SRM Concrete is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Division Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within our Dallas-Fort Worth market. This strategic role is ideal for an individual with a competitive mindset and a proactive, "hunter" approach to sales. You will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in alignment with SRM’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Strategy: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, market intelligence, and proactive outreach initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes to position SRM Concrete early in the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiations, contract finalization, and post-sale customer support.
- Account Strategy: Tailor sales strategies to fit the unique needs of each client, fostering long-term relationships that deliver mutual value.
- Internal
Collaboration:
Partner with executive leadership, operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Billing & Credit departments to ensure timely and accurate billing, while addressing and resolving any payment issues.
- Customer Service Oversight: Support field operations by maintaining communication with clients, monitoring project progress, and promptly resolving concerns.
- Brand Promotion: Represent SRM Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and community functions to strengthen brand presence and awareness.

- Skilled in building and maintaining trusted client relationships, becoming a true advisor in the field.
- Willingness to develop subject matter expertise in the concrete and construction materials industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction, construction sales, or related industries.
- 5-10 years of experience managing high performance teams.
- Proficient in standard digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience in contractor estimating or project management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Frequent travel to regions within division to visit sales managers, sales team members, job sites, and customers.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, including variable weather, construction activity, dust, and noise.
- Combination of office-based tasks and fieldwork; ability to walk, stand, and navigate job sites as needed.
