Executes CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services satisfy fitness needs;
Tours potential members through the club and describes facilities, equipment, services and amenities tied to individual fitness goals;
On-boards new members and assists with retention activities to drive club profitability;
Prospecting and lead generation: obtains leads externally from the community and generates leads internally through promotions, referrals, and lead management;
Partners with the Sales and Service Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience and to meet sales goals
