π― THE ROLE
Weβre looking for a high-performance Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and operational environments. This is a highly field-driven role requiring daily in-person prospecting
. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in the field β visiting facilities, meeting decision-makers, and building relationships face-to-face.
β This is NOT an inbound-heavy role - This is NOT an order-taking role.
β This is a true hunter position and you will:
π Build pipeline from scratch through cold outreach & in-person prospecting
π€ Own the full sales lifecycle (prospect β close β grow)
π Develop long-term client relationships and systematically grow total account value
π Sell into warehouse operators, plant managers, logistics leaders, procurement & facility leadership
π Prospect and penetrate larger βelephantβ enterprise accounts
π§ Help transition the company from transactional selling to value-based, lifetime account growth

π° COMPENSATION
π΅ Base Salary: ~$60,000
π Ramp Bonus: $10Kβ$15K
π― Year 1 OTE: $85Kβ$105K
π Year 2 Target: $120K+
πΈ Uncapped commissions
