- Achieve sales goals and objectives as assigned.
- Develop sales strategy, sales presentations, and customer targets, identify new business opportunities, develop, and manage sales pipeline.
- Develop expertise as it relates to Centricity’s business and operations, the extended warranty/service contract industry, competitors’ clients and capabilities, prospects, and trends in products, technology, services, features, and benefits. Attending industry conferences and trade shows as requested.
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills.
- Effectively communicate Centricity’s unique position in the industry, as well as our value proposition, innovation, and competitive advantages to prospective clients, existing clients, and internal teams. Demonstrate tenacity in building relationships and maintain regular contact with decision‑makers and influencers throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in weekly sales/pipeline meetings, staff meetings, annual strategy sessions, and corporate‑sponsored initiatives.
- Create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual records and sales reports, as well as provide required sales forecasts.
- Ensure CRM data is entered as required to ensure Centricity leadership, accurate customer engagement, and sales projection visibility.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of verifiable sales and business development.
- Professional and polished presenter able to communicate the company brand, value, and differentiators.
- Ability to analyze sales data.
- Ability to develop sales strategies.
- Strategic thinker; able to develop strategic and tactical plans and execute them to achieve company goals.
- Must be energetic, motivated, driven, and relatable to all departments and staff.
