Position Summary:The Directorwillberesponsibleforbuildingandmaintainingclientrelationshipswhileidentifying,pursuingandclosingsalesfor

Theindividualshouldhaveexperienceinconsultativesaleswithanemphasisonsalesorconsultingdirectlytoindustryfirmsandcorporations.

Description:

  • Developprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearch,tradeshowlists,referrals,variousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation

  • Sourceandclosenewclientsthroughreferrals,cold calling,networking,andothermeans(trade shows,regional organizations,etc.)

  • Cultivateandmaintainlongtermrelationshipswithclientsbydeliveringeliteclientserviceandengagingthembyusingknowledgeofeachindustryandorganization

  • Formulatesalesplantoachievemonthly,quarterly,andannualsalestargets

  • Generatedailyoutreacheffortstoprospectiveclients

  • Buildaproductivepipelineandmanageeachphaseofthesalesprocess

  • Developprojectbudgetsandcreateproposals

  • Understandandarticulate Trans Perfect ’sfulllineofbusinessofferings,capabilities,benefits,andcompetitiveadvantages,andidentifyandreferopportunitieswithineachoftheseareastospecialistsalesandclientserviceteamstoclose

  • Setandmanageclientexpectationswhileconsultingwitheachclientforbestpractices

  • Manageandcontrolpricingandcontractualissues

  • Travel(includingmultipleannualconferences,client meetings)-domestic and/or international

Required Skills:

  • Excellentwrittenandverbal Englishcommunicationskills

  • Minimum Bachelor''sdegreeorequivalent

  • Atleast6-10yearsofsalesexperienceinenterprisesales

  • Provensaleslifecycleexperience-leadgenerationthroughbusinessclosing

  • Proventrackrecordinachievingsalestarget

  • Excellentproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills
