The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. We will provide you high quality leads to contact. • Prospecting and generating new business through leads provided to you
• Maintain a high level of daily activity including meeting outbound call goals
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and a desire to WIN! - this is most important!
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
