Inbound Sales Representative

Job Description

Culligan is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Inbound Sales Representative (Household Appointment Setter) to join our growing team.

This position serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a key role in driving company revenue by qualifying leads and scheduling in-home water consultations for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home water consultations
• Enter and manage customer information in our CRM
• Assist multiple departments with accurate data entry and tracking
• Help drive install volume and overall company growth
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

This role directly impacts company sales performance and customer experience across all offices.

Compensation

* Base Pay:**

• $20.00 per hour
• Paid biweekly

*
* Commission:**

• $20.00 per confirmed install resulting from appointments you set
• Paid in the pay period the install is completed

* Expected Earnings:*
* With consistent performance and growth in the role, total compensation typically ranges from $52,000 – $55,000 per year (base + commission).
