We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Estimating Representative for our office in Dallas, Texas, northwest of the downtown area. This is a full-time in-office position.

• Active sales & customer-development
• Quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirement to ensure complete and competitive bids
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost
• Follow up with customers on quotes and to negotiate contracts
• Call customers to conduct pre-bid calls, clarify project scopesand get on bidders lists
• Ability to balance time between estimating work and customer outreach

The compensation package for this position will consist of a base salary plus commissions based on attainable sales targets.

• Undergraduate Degree
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
• A valid state drivers license with access to a personal vehicle
• A strong senseof hustle and drive, with a proactive approach to customer outreach
