- Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2+ years of experience in field sales or field sales support within the medical device sector
- Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and AcuityMD
- Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to work within large, multifaceted teams
- Strong knowledge of Baxter’s Advanced Surgery product portfolio
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some overnight trips if necessary
- Experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with Advanced Surgery products
- Previous success in achieving sales quotas or targets
- Proficiency in additional software tools related to sales and marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to inform business decisions and strategies
