What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Call on targeted accounts within a defined geographical area, achieving assigned annual quotas
  • Provide sales support through demonstrations, on‑site customer assistance, and coordination of Baxter teams
  • Assist with customer training needs and support business presentations and updates
  • Participate in trade shows and educational events to promote Baxter’s Advanced Surgery products
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on marketing and field sales support specific to Advanced Surgery
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2+ years of experience in field sales or field sales support within the medical device sector
  • Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and AcuityMD
  • Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to work within large, multifaceted teams
  • Strong knowledge of Baxter’s Advanced Surgery product portfolio
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some overnight trips if necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with Advanced Surgery products
  • Previous success in achieving sales quotas or targets
  • Proficiency in additional software tools related to sales and marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to inform business decisions and strategies
