- Base + UNCAPPED Commissions
- Year 1 OTE: $135K–$150K+
- Catered Lunches Monday–Friday
- Class Pass, Netflix, Hulu & Peloton Subscriptions
- Transparent Career Growth & Promotions
MUST HAVE:
- 1+ year of sales or outbound/full-desk recruiting experience
- Proven hunter mentality — must have prospected & closed deals
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (80–100/day)
- Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
