Position Overview

The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across both residential and commercial roofing projects. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you will own the process from initial outreach through project close and handoff. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, building relationships, and operating in a commission-driven environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through p rospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Conduct roof inspections and assess project scope
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners (residential) property managers, GCs, and business owners (commercial)
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM
  • Represent the company at job sites and client meetings
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
  • Self-motivated with a strong “hunter” mentality
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
  • Residential roofing (shingle, steep slope)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Accu Lynx, Job Nimbus, etc.)
