We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative who’s ready to help expand our reach and contribute to a company that’s doing good for both vehicle owners and the planet.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, which may include making cold calls, meeting with potential clients and business owners in person.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, retailers, and automotive service providers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to align customer feedback with product offerings and services.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
