About the RoleAs the In-Home Sales Manager
, you’ll play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth by recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a player‑coach role
—you’ll lead from the front, actively supporting deals in the field while building a culture of accountability, energy, and success.
This position is ideal for a strong closer and natural leader who thrives in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team
- Ride along on at least 5 in‑home sales appointments weekly
, providing real‑time coaching and development - Support sales reps in closing deals by joining calls and in‑home presentations as needed
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Handle cancel/save appointments to recover and retain potential sales
- Partner with the rehash team to re‑engage prospects and maximize closing opportunities
- Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development sessions
- Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability metrics for the sales team
- Foster a motivating, positive, and high‑performance culture
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience (1‑Day bath or similar concept strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop top‑performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads, CRM tools, and electronic contract systems
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, and capable of thriving in a commission‑driven environment
- Willingness to be in the field and actively involved in closing deals
- High earning potential ($150K+ with performance)
