Key Responsibilities
* ** Prospect & Develop New Accounts:
** Identify and secure new business opportunities with a special focus on sports and digital-forward clients.
* ** Build Relationships:
** Cultivate strong, credible relationships with local business leaders, sports teams, and community partners.
* ** Sales Presentations:
** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to advertising needs.
* ** Revenue Growth:
** Implement innovative strategies to consistently boost revenue across broadcast, sports, and digital accounts.
* ** Client Solutions:
** Analyze client challenges and design customized, multi-platform advertising solutions that leverage our sports and digital assets.
* ** Proposal Development:
** Craft persuasive proposals that maximize marketing outreach and drive engagement among sports fans and digital consumers.
* ** Campaign Execution:
** Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience:

** At least one year of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with broadcast, sports, or digital advertising.

* Skills:

** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* ** Technical Proficiency:
** Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant sales and digital marketing platforms.
* ** License:
** Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
* ** Track Record:
** Demonstrated success in achieving long-term sales objectives and executing strategic initiatives.
