Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
- Pitch company products/services to potential customers
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain strong follow-up to ensure conversions
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Proven experience in sales (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
