Position Overview
As an Account Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions organization, based in the West Territory, you will deepen existing client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure successful adoption and growth across our solutions for Large Corporate, Diversified Industries Group (DIG), and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients.
You will work directly with clients to design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs that align with their organizational goals and objectives, delivering innovative solutions such as health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Provide consultative sales support and serve as liaison between clients and operational servicing units.
- Participate in pricing, resource discussions, and develop scope of service for existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters, identifying and developing new servicing opportunities.
- Leverage industry knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products, rates, and opportunities.
- Negotiate servicing agreements and fees, and work with in‑house counsel and clients on contract negotiations.
- Analyze, assess, and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify customization needs and collaborate with service partners to implement solutions.
- Manage contract‑defined processes and resolve implementation or production challenges.
- Escalate high‑severity requests or issues and work toward the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship.
- Travel within the assigned territory to support client engagement, relationship management, and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification(s), and experience (including military service).
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience in a client‑facing role.
- Preferred experience deepening and expanding client relationships in professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services sectors.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
