Apartment Leasing Professional – Experienced

This role is responsible for driving leasing performance, maintaining occupancy goals, and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. We are seeking an experienced leasing professional who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Candidates must currently reside near Uptown Dallas.

Villas at Katy Trail – 252 units, 3200 Maple Ave, Dallas, Texas 75201

$20–$22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community features, amenities, and available homes
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions and occupancy goals
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and leasing records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Support resident retention efforts through positive resident interactions and follow-up
• Collaborate with onsite team members to maintain a well-presented and welcoming community environment
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
• Required schedule includes every Saturday and four weekdays

• Minimum of 1–2 years of apartment leasing experience
• Proven ability to meet leasing goals and convert prospects into residents
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
• Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and polished demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM systems, or other property management software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license
