We’re seeking a dynamic Key Account Sales Consultant to join our team—someone with a proven track record in the food service industry or food service equipment and supplies sales
. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and taking calculated risks, all while having the attention to detail to keep things on track, we want you!
In this role, you’ll spend most of your time maintaining and growing key client relationships within the food service sector focused on regional chains that are Texas based and looking for opportunities to obtain new businesses to add to your client portfolio. You’ll be a trusted advisor, providing expert solutions to clients’ equipment and supply needs. This is your chance to apply your industry knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership skills to drive both new and existing clients' success while mentoring your team.
What You’ll Do:- Build Client Partnerships: Leverage your knowledge of food service equipment and supply needs to nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research trends in the food service industry, anticipate client needs, and develop strategies that keep you ahead of the competition.
- Drive for more Business: Use your food service expertise to identify, engage, and win new clients, and also expand our key account portfolio.
- Optimize Technology: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, ensuring every client interaction is strategic and timely.
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and support other sales associates, sharing your industry insights and helping them succeed.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions to clients’ specific needs.
- A go-getter with at least 2-5 years of sales experience in food service or food service equipment and supplies preferred

- Industry expertise in food service operations, equipment, and supply needs, allowing you to provide trusted solutions and advice to clients.
- Attention to detail to keep accounts organized and ensure clients’ needs are met while staying focused on results.
