Position: Manager, On Premise Account Lead

Summary

The On Premise Account Lead is the face of the Maison for assigned accounts in the Dallas and Fort Worth territory, owning account relationships and driving volume, visibility, and distribution. This hybrid, in-market role partners with distributors and internal teams to execute brand initiatives, build long-term account plans, and meet sales and depletion goals. The Account Lead is responsible for maximizing ROI of assigned budgets and ensuring programs and activations align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support distributor sales teams to achieve brand priorities and account targets
  • Oversee and monitor sales and depletion goals within the assigned market
  • Sell Moët Hennessy brands and select appropriate activations, programs, and tactics for each account
  • Develop key account listings, account support plans, and track velocity and distribution KPIs
  • Act as consultant to accounts via education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key on premise accounts
  • Coordinate with distributor reps on pricing, fulfillment, and order execution
  • Ensure account programs and activations are executed within brand guidelines
  • Manage assigned budgets including T&E and A&P and maximize ROI
  • Participate in market visitors, blitzes, and distributor or trade education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience within wine and spirits
  • Strong sales background with proven ability to build relationships and drive account growth
  • Experience analyzing ROI, managing budgets, and using sales data to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive attitude, flexible mindset, and ability to manage change
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs on occasion and reliably work in-market across the Dallas Fort Worth territory
