Summary
Client Advisor based at Neiman Marcus, Dallas responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service and building long-term client relationships. You will advise clients across all product categories, learn and master brand and product knowledge, and use in-house clienteling tools to maintain and grow clientele. The role is sales-focused and requires achieving individual and team sales objectives.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Advise and guide clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Learn and master product and brand knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
- Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market.
- Strong commercial and sales mindset with ambition to drive performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and a willingness to learn brand/product knowledge.
