Responsibilities- You will drive sales by actively engaging with customers and prospects to understand needs, build value, present solutions, and secure long-term supply agreements.
- Develop and implement regional and customer‑specific sales plans to meet business and customer satisfaction objectives.
- You will increase revenue streams and profitability by identifying and qualifying new and existing customer opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Penetrate key semiconductor markets, including end‑user accounts and original equipment manufacturers.
- You will be responsible for solving complex customer challenges by applying innovative solutions and expert product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver customer proposals and presentations to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and manage product supply and equipment sales agreements with customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, coordinating internally with customer service, quality, engineering, operations, and finance teams.
- You will participate in forecasting territory orders and sales, monitoring performance against goals regularly.
- Execute pricing initiatives to maintain and improve territory profitability.
- Manage accounts receivable for territory customer accounts.
- Monitor competitive activity and develop appropriate response strategies, providing market intelligence to product management and marketing teams.
- Support the Director of Electronics Product Sales and contribute to global marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required for this role.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20 % for customer‑related activities.
- At least five (5) years of experience in product marketing or sales within electronic, specialty, industrial, or chemical gases—or related fields—serving the semiconductor or adjacent industries; alternatively, demonstrated experience and working knowledge of gases, chemicals, and gas cabinet systems used in semiconductor or related manufacturing environments.
