Account Manager - Staffing / Recruiting
Dallas, TX | $50K–$60K base + uncapped commission

What we’re looking for:Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Conduct regular check‑ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Manage job orders and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
- Drive account growth by increasing business revenue and expanding workforce headcount
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to deepen client partnerships
- Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to scale staffing solutions based on client demand
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and growth
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings
- Match candidates to client requirements and ensure a positive experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
- Develop and present staffing solutions to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed sales and placement targets
- Collaborate with leadership to grow market share
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales
- 100% in office M-F 8am to 5pm
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
