Job Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial commercial HVAC sales professional who will drive growth by creating new opportunities, building relationships, and securing recurring service agreements in the Dallas‑Fort Worth market. This role goes beyond traditional selling— you will shape the future growth engine of an 80‑year‑old company and be rewarded for your results, not merely compliance with a playbook.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial decision‑makers throughout Dallas‑Fort Worth.
- Sell commercial HVAC service agreements, typically ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 annually.
- Identify and create new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Follow up on repair and replacement opportunities generated by service technicians.
- Reactivate former customers and dormant accounts.
- Conduct site visits and facility evaluations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with ownership to improve sales strategy, process, and execution.
- Obsession with creating opportunities; you proactively hunt for openings and build relationships.
- Proven track record (with receipts) of closing significant accounts and generating results.
- Process‑driven execution: organized, disciplined follow‑up, and effective pipeline management.
- High work ethic and self‑motivation; you require minimal supervision to perform.
- Low ego, high ownership; you focus on solving problems rather than assigning blame.

- Competitive compensation: approximately $60,000 base salary, commission tied to profitable growth, with expected earnings of $100,000 to $120,000+.
